1.    Copy and paste the following into a web browser: http://thsboa.arbitersports.com/front/108492/Registration
2.    You should now be at the “Welcome" page and at the top of the page please click on "Registration".
3.    After reading, click on NEXT to begin the payment process.
4.    As you progress through the registration/payment process, you will see your progress on the left hand side of the screen. As each step is completed you will see a green check by that section.
